Louisville, KY – There’s less than one month to go until it gets LOUD in Louisville, as North America’s Loudest Rock Festival, Louder Than Life, celebrates its 10th anniversary at the Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY on September 26, 27, 28 & 29. Producers Danny Wimmer Presents are pleased to share the highly anticipated event’s set times, mobile app, additional onsite experiences and special local shows that will commemorate a decade of the popular fan-favorite festival. Fans can plan their entire four-day weekend down to the minute with the help of the Louder Than Life mobile app, presented by Lyte (www.louderthanlifefestival.com/mobileapp), now available for download in app stores.

Among the nearly 150 incredible music acts to look forward to on five packed stages, there are several highlights that make Louder Than Life a can’t-miss event this Fall, including:

  • The mighty return of thrash gods Slayer in one of just three reunion performances.
  • Slipknot marking the 25th anniversary of their self-titled debut album, released in 1999; the band will be performing numerous hits from the landmark record, in their signature attire from 1999.
  • Additional headlining performances from Mötley Crüe and Korn. Korn also played the first Louder Than Life festival in 2014.
  • Disturbed joined by a special guest vocalist as part of a unique contest with Louisville radio station Alt 105.1, in partnership with The Fox Den. Local singer Katelyn Webb won a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sing on stage with the band, performing Ann Wilson’s part in the song “Don’t Tell Me.”
  • Gojira, fresh off their much-talked about appearance at the opening ceremony of the Summer 2024 Olympics in Paris; Louder Than Life will mark the band’s exclusive U.S. festival appearance for 2024.
  • Mastodon celebrating the 20th anniversary of their classic album Leviathan by playing it in full.
  • One of Till Lindemann’s (Rammstein) first solo shows in the U.S.
  • Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine playing Rage’s biggest hits in addition to his solo material.
  • Sum 41 in their final Kentucky show as part of their 2024 farewell tour.
  • Marky Ramone delivering the classic hits of The Ramones.
  • Saosin celebrating their 20th anniversary.
  • Lorna Shore, the biggest name in deathcore – long been sought-after and requested by fans – marking their first DWP festival appearance in several years.

There will also be performances from Disturbed, Judas Priest, Five Finger Death Punch, Evanescence, Falling in Reverse, Breaking Benjamin, The Offspring, Staind, Chevelle, Dropkick Murphys, Halestorm, Seether, In This Moment, Anthrax and many more.

In addition to the non-stop music, Louder Than Life will offer Louisville’s finest spirits and top local cuisine at attractions including the popular Headbangers Hall, which returns with guest appearances, celebrity bartenders, and surprise experiences, as well as Kroger’s Big Bourbon Bar with a curated selection of bourbon and specialty cocktails.
